Exceptional staff, clean room.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff greeted us with friendliness, and Mike's kindness made our stay special. The breakfast felt like a treat with warm cinnamon pastries, and the proximity to the Meijer Sports Complex was a bonus for our family with kids.

In my wife's opinion, having a small evening snack shop with adult beverages would be nice for families.

The King Room for mobility access features a roll-in shower and has ample space, making it great for families or those needing extra room for convenience. The modern decor throughout the hotel gives it a fresh, inviting atmosphere that feels quite comfortable.

The evening snack shop lacks a basic selection of adult beverages like beer or wine, which was a letdown considering the remote location of the hotel. This makes it difficult to unwind after a long day without heading to a gas station for a quick fix. Additionally, there were some issues with the water pressure in the shower, which could dampen your bathing experience, especially in the morning rush.

The room was spacious, but my key stopped working multiple times.

During my stay, I was impressed by the hotel's modern decor, which was both stylish and inviting, creating a warm atmosphere. The accessibility features made it easy for me to navigate, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my visit.

The staff provided outstanding service, with Mike offering a warm welcome and the general manager going above and beyond to accommodate our family. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a delightful selection, including warm cinnamon pastries. It's worth noting that while the room was clean and accessible, the lack of features in the bathroom could use improvement.

We had a fantastic stay with my sister! The hotel was just minutes away from Cannonsburg Ski Area, which was perfect for our winter adventure. The staff, especially Mike, was tremendously helpful and made sure our family had everything we needed. The breakfast spread was delightful, including those warm cinnamon pastries!

My kids wished they had a little evening snack shop with options for some adult beverages.

i loved our stay at holiday inn express & suites, grand rapids n. everything was super clean and modern, especially our queen room. the staff was so friendly, and they truly went above and beyond! i can't express how grateful we are to bethany for finding and sending back my son's blanket. the breakfast had so many delicious options, much better than just cereal!

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The room was spacious and perfectly clean, with a cozy corner that was great for relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Bethany, who was incredibly helpful in returning my son's lost blanket. The breakfast was delicious too, with a fantastic selection that went far beyond the usual options!
